“PoopsyDaisy prides itself on quality hand-made products that are made with heaps of love and care with only your babies best comfort in mind. Should a stitch or popper be slightly out of line or you notice any other little quirks you weren’t expecting please understand that these are some of the things that make hand-made products unique and special. Our priority is that you are happy, so should these little quirks bother you we are always happy to refund or exchange the item for you. I love connecting with my customers and getting feedback as that is how I improve so please stay in touch. Enjoy your nappies and I look forward to hearing from you :)”

 

Inspect your item(s) upon receiving them to ensure you have received the item(s) you ordered and everything is in working order. Please understand that we are a small business and are not machines, although we do our best to inspect every diaper before they are listed and sold, some may not be 100% perfect.
Warranty: We will replace snaps, for the life of the diaper.  Elastic within 6 months of purchase.

Within 6 months of your purchase we will pay for the return shipping, after 6 months return shipping is paid by the customer.

Pre-orders and custom orders:

All orders have up to 20 working days turnaround time from the date payment is reflected. Please note that fabric is only cut once payment has been received.

A 15% fee is charged to any order that is cancelled once production has started. A 10% fee if cancelled after 4 working days and before production has started.

Slots available during a stocking are for one nappy only should you need more than one you will need to score more slots.

 

Pre-orders for international prints:

Approx. time for fabric arrival will be given when pre order is posted. The turnaround time is 20 working days from begin of production. Waiting periods vary depending on the printing of fabric it varies from 4 to 16 weeks. A 50% deposit is required for preorders and should you wish to cancel you will only get your refund once the fabric arrives and will be charged a 10% fee.

Returns: Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your items, you can return them (in unwashed, unused condition) for a refund or exchange within 7 days after receiving them (minus the cost of shipping). All returned items must be shipped with tracking (at the purchaser’s expense). A refund will not be completed until the item is received. It is your responsibility to inspect all products that are delivered to you as soon as possible to ensure that you are pleased with the quality of the product.

 

Custom Nappies & Clothing:

NO returns will be accepted on customs or seconds items!

PLEASE NOTE* All sales are final.

Returns for fit errors are not possible due to these being custom made to your order specifications, so please ask for assistance if you are unsure of what size to order. Sizes are approximate. Measurements are based off of standard sizing charts.

 

SYOF (Send your own fabric) diapers are not covered for any reason for fabric defects.

I will replace or repair any defective item within the first 30 days, and cover shipping both ways, only if item has been properly cared for.  After 30 days, I will attempt to repair any defects but shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the diaper. Fabric is not guaranteed from any defects, as I cannot predict how a fabric will wear or fade.

Diapers bought second hand will be void of any warranty.  We will still
replace the snaps and elastic on diapers not older than 6 months, but fabric defects (such as holes) are not covered once they leave the original purchasers hand.

Elastic will only be repaired if the diaper was purchased new from us within 6 months.
We will not accept returns on any items in a washed, worn or used condition, unless in the event the item is unusable and the fault is deemed to be ours. 
Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Knit & Woven prints, PUL, velour, hemp, cotton and bamboo may wear differently depending on your water, wash routine, detergents, etc. Minor fabric wear is not a manufacturing defect.
Bleeding is not considered a defect, we take every precaution to ensure fabric will not bleed.  Some water heaters are set hotter than others, and because of this we cannot guarantee that a fabric will not bleed its color.

 

However, we do consider extreme cases of “pilling”, bleeding, wear & tear, and fading after just a few washes on a case to case basis for original purchasers only.

Seconds and slight seconds are sold without warranty or guarantee, and will not be accepted for return, repair or refund.

 

Shipping: All items will be shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of the payment reflecting for all in –stock (complete) items (this does not apply to custom orders).

A tracking number is sent straight after the parcel is packaged even if it will only be sent out the following day, it is your responsibility to track your parcel and follow up with the courier should you have any queries on the whereabouts of the parcel.

 

International shipping: We currently don’t offer international shipping but can do so on special request.

 

Disclaimer: We do our best to produce a quality product. We prewash all fabrics accordingly to prevent bleeding of fabric and shrinking. However, water in different homes may reach hotter temperatures than ours. Any bleeding and shrinking after this we are not responsible for. If there is excessive bleeding past the first couple washes please send us an email, so we can help to resolve the problem. Fabric is not under warranty. We can never know the nature of a fabric and how it will wear. We inspect every item thoroughly before it leaves our hands. Every diaper we make is made with love. However, these are handmade items and they may occasionally have a cosmetic flaw. This is the nature of a handmade product.
